This was inspired by coyotes and how they live amongst us and we hardly notice them. They are true survivors. This is a part of LA under the Hollywood sign called Franklin Village. There are steps (like in the painting) that are pretty well hidden and that’s where I spotted a coyote…..the inspiration for the painting.

It is framed in a black metal frame with plexiglass.
